This Privacy Policy governs your use of our desktop application (Windows/Linux), Android mobile application, and cloud-based accounting and inventory synchronization service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide seamless cloud accounting, invoicing, and inventory tracking features:

Business Data: Business name, GSTIN (GST Identification Number), registered address, tax settings, and logo images.
Transaction Data: Invoices, purchase receipts, customer ledgers, supplier information, item stock balances, and payment status records.
Account & Payment Data: User account credentials, email, phone number, and subscription payment references in Indian Rupees (INR).
Device & Offline Storage Information: Local SQLite database cache saved on your Windows, Linux, or Android device to enable offline billing functionality.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All sensitive financial logs, customer databases, and inventory records synchronized between your local desktop client or Android mobile app and our servers are encrypted using AES-256 bit protocol at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We do not sell or rent your business transaction records to any third party.

4. Offline Synchronization & Local Storage

The Appcodia desktop and mobile applications store operational data on your local device storage so you can operate without an active internet connection. When connection is restored, the local database syncs with our secure cloud servers. You retain full ownership of your locally stored offline database.

5. Third-Party Integrations (WhatsApp & Billing)

When you choose to dispatch invoices or payment reminders via WhatsApp or SMS, Appcodia triggers the native messaging APIs configured on your smartphone or desktop. Your customer details are processed strictly for the purpose of dispatching these invoices.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can request a full export of your business accounting data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON) or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team at support@appcodia.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing https://appcodia.com, the Appcodia Desktop executable software, or the Appcodia Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or registered business entity, you confirm that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Subscriptions & Payment Terms in INR

Pricing & Taxes: All subscription charges are billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection (Starter ₹500/mo, Business Pro ₹800/mo, Enterprise ₹12,000/yr).
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases if you are unsatisfied with our cloud software services.

3. Software License & Usage Rights

Appcodia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software applications across registered desktop workstations and mobile devices for internal business operational accounting and stock tracking.

4. Disclaimer of Tax Compliance & Financial Advice

While Appcodia generates GST-compliant reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and invoice formats, Appcodia is an automated business software tool and does not provide formal legal, tax, or accounting advice. Users are responsible for verifying their tax filings with qualified chartered accountants or financial advisors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of India, Appcodia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost hardware, local system failures, or user input errors in accounting entries.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of Appcodia software services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in India.
